- Can I cancel my order? Yes. 
Customers may contact our Customer Service department directly to request a cancellation before the order ships out. 

- Can I cancel an item in my order? No. 
You must accept your order and then arrange a return for a full refund. 
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must place a new order on our website. 

- Do you offer gift wrapping? During this time, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.  

- Are state/local taxes added to orders? Only when applicable. 
The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to. 

- Can I return/exchange an online order at my local Gabriel retailer? No exchange or return transactions can be completed at the location of an Gabriel Authorized Retailer. 

- Do you ship to Military Bases? Estimate delivery? Gabriel & Co. ships to US Military Bases. These orders have specific delivery times and restrictions applied.

- Can I schedule a pick-up at UPS pick-up location? Once UPS makes one failed attempt to deliver the package, you may arrange a pickup at a UPS location. 
Contact our Customer Service Team to make the proper changes, so we can manually redirect the package.
